Fill up, with Phil-Up!

Meet "Phil-Up", he's currently staring in a series of spots we animated for Country Fair gas stations and convenience stores. He loves it when people save money on gas, often rewarding them with a barrage of thumbs ups and smiles. He's also giving away a Kia Soul. What a great guy! Hopefully we'll be able to get the spots onto our site in the near future.
